From the RallyOne desk
Getting started with RallyOne accounts, results, clubs and organising events in Singapore.
Who can use RallyOne?
RallyOne supports table tennis and badminton in Singapore. Public club and tournament catalogues can be browsed without signing in. Joining, recording results and managing events require a registered account and the relevant permissions.
Can children create an account?
Players under 13 need a parent or legal guardian to create and supervise their account. Do not bypass this flow by entering a different birth date. Event entry can require additional eligibility or guardian approval.
How do I record or correct a result?
Sign in and use the match result tools for your sport. Casual matches require registered participants. Review the players and scores before submitting. A pending result is not confirmed until the required review is complete. Use the available revision or dispute controls if details are wrong; waiting does not automatically accept a result.
Where is my next match?
Sign in and open Upcoming on Home for your entered fixtures and accessible live club sessions. Open the event to check its latest draw, schedule and court or table. A time marked as unconfirmed is not a confirmed reservation. If no fixture is listed, check the event page or ask its organiser; joining an event does not itself create a scheduled match.
How do event groups work?
The organiser chooses the event format and publishes the draw. Group standings and qualification use that event's configured rules, including its tie-break settings. Use the event's standings, not the order of fixtures, to check progress. A group position is an event result, not a separate platform rating.
What happens when a match cannot be played?
Tell the event organiser when a participant cannot play. Use the event's authorised walkover or other outcome controls only when available; do not invent game scores for an unplayed match. Walkovers are not played rating evidence. For a casual result claiming a match that never happened, use the result's dispute or never-played action instead of accepting it.
How do clubs and social sessions work?
Browse clubs in your sport and use the available membership controls to request entry. Club managers control admission and sessions. Session administrators can run play; official results still require current club-manager approval.
Organiser guide
Use your organiser account to open the workspace. Create an event only with an available organiser or club identity. Check the roster, eligibility, format, draw and schedule before explicitly starting play. Use the event's authorised result and report tools, then review completed fixtures before ending. Available actions depend on server permissions and the event state. Displayed registration pricing does not enable payment collection.
Where are privacy and account controls?
Account settings provide available account, age, presence and notification controls. Every player profile is public; public previews do not grant access to private entries or guardian information. Keep verification codes and account links private.
Contact and support availability
Contact support through the operator-verified WhatsApp number. Do not send passwords, verification codes, birth dates or guardian details. This does not designate a formal legal-notice channel.
