Creating an account for a player under 13

A child under 13 cannot create or independently control a RallyOne account. Their parent or legal guardian must lead the process.

1. The parent or legal guardian opens player registration and enters the child's accurate date of birth.
2. The guardian provides a different guardian email address and confirms their authority.
3. RallyOne sends a short-lived, one-time consent link to the guardian. The raw link is never stored.
4. The account stays restricted until the guardian completes consent. The player cannot bypass this step by signing in.
5. The guardian can use the family area to review the child account without exposing private guardian contact details publicly.

If a birth date is missing or uncertain, RallyOne restricts the account for age review instead of assuming the player is old enough.
